| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 3 years of experience in a manufacturing · 3 years of experience supervising and leading teams that are responsible for meeting daily performance goals · Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications |

| ESSENTIAL DUTIES: |
| · Communicate daily goals and monitor progress of the team on a daily basis · Oversee assembly, paint and trim operations and manage workflow through the facility · Organize, monitor and prioritize tasks to meet production goals · Collaborate with leaders in other departments to help resolve daily challenges · Organize training materials and facilitate developmental ramp up plans in assembly · Facilitate growth opportunities for members of assembly team · Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback · Maintain open lines of communication between employees and leadership · Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires · Communicate on a daily basis with direct reports · Drive employee engagement · Respond to and investigate any employee concerns in a timely manner · Assure compliance of company policies and safety regulations with employees · Audit product and processes to ensure conformance to specifications · Partner with HR/Safety team to investigate and resolve any corrective measures · Provide feedback, coaching and recognition to direct reports in the areas of safety, job knowledge, quality, productivity and reliability · All other duties and projects as assigned |
