Job Description
Customer focused role just for our overhauls, verse our standard picking position
This role will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.
- Follow all safety guidance and manage all safety issues to ensure adherence to established processes.
- Inspect parts for accuracy and damage (counting quantities, visual damage, matching part to description).
- Parts protection using a variety of methods (bubble wrapping, webbing, paper).
- Utilize enterprise resource planning system (SAP) to prepare orders, track material movements and review blueprint drawings.
- Meet daily assigned targets for job performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain work area in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion by following established 5S procedures.
- Pick parts from identified warehouse locations (designated racking) by following all directives, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
