Production Planning Admin- Short Term Assignment!!

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Assemble work packets for daily releases (will take about two hours per day)
  • Review and act on order schedules as directed by Production Planner
  • Use SAP to view material movements, quantities on order, and current balance on hand
  • Provide support for projects within the department by completing assignments as directed by Production Planner

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office experience (e.g. Outlook, Excel) and general computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, learn quickly, and take direction as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical work experience as a Materials Planner/Scheduler Analyst in an engineer/make-to-order manufacturing setting
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing practices, materials, finishes, blueprint reading, and metric system
  • SAP or other ERP system experience
