We are seeking a Route Sales Driver-NEW BERLIN, WI to join our team! You will drive to deliver and pick up goods and packages.
The primary function of the Route Service Representative (RSR) is to interact with a defined list of customers on any given route. Building relationships with and communicating with key contacts in each account are critical to the continuation of the business relationship with the customer. RSRs provide Genuine Service Excellence (GSE) which contributes to high Net Promoter Scores, revenue growth, and accounts under agreement. RSRs are also encouraged to seek out and develop opportunities to increase our business with a focus on Blue Ocean Sorbit’s® Rental Sales within each assigned customer, and outside our current customer base.
