Hours: 6:30-3pm Monday-Friday

This position is responsible for assisting the Product Supply & Logistics Manager with all shipping and receiving
functions for Novum warehouse, including for the Toyota Portal Program and warehouse inventory control of
Novum steel structures and related components. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments
and prepares items for shipment. Follows process and procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Essential Duties and Principal Responsibilities
• Process inventory pick lists, assign to proper job crate and keep stock inventory organized.
• Create thorough & accurate shipping documents. Update all in DAX.
• Receive deliveries into Novum A/R system.
• Apply shipping labels to finished product and load/crate/pack per sequences or zones.
• Assist with packaging, photographing and labeling of all Novum materials for shipment.
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specified requirements including quantity and count.
• Utilize forklift to load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments at Novum warehouse and shop as needed.
• Package job crates for field use. Work with Field Services on tool organization and inventory.
• Package and identify material using methods and containers that prevent loss, damage or deterioration to
the extent necessary to ensure conformance to specified requirements.
• Load material using proper equipment that prevents loss, damage or deterioration to the extent necessary
to ensure conformance to specified requirements. Fork trucks and hand trucks are typical of equipment
used for material handling.
• Process aluminum work when released for fabrication.
• Forward and maintain applicable records as required.
• Coordinate truck shipments from warehouse.
• Maintain Toyota and Novum standard parts inventory.
• Oversee effective execution of Toyota account.
• Maintain communication with Toyota team to determine shipping dates.
• Process Bills of Lading and shipment lists for all Toyota shipments.
• Fills in and assists with whatever other duties, as called upon and/or as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
• 3 + years of shipping/receiving, warehouse, and inventory control experience
• Basic email and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Bluebeam)
• Ability to make decisions quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Organized and highly detailed
• Must be able to work independently and within a team setting
